for your interest in trying out our ALCAT food intolerance test with your first service! The ALCAT test is a non-fasting blood test that is the golden standard for detecting mild to severe food intolerances/sensitivities. You can learn more about it here.

Since we strive to create meals that promote optimal health for each of the families we cook for, we like to use this test as way to achieve that. We want your meals to not only taste amazing, but be tailored to YOUR body and nutritional needs! In order to get your complimentary test, you must start a service. To start a service, please fill out a food questionnaire to help us better understand your dietary needs and preferences. Once you fill this out, we will give you a call to set up your service and administer the ALCAT test.

You can always pause or cancel your service so there are no obligations to continue after your first service, but of course we would love to become a new way of eating for you – we know the difference a simple meal can make! Ready to get started?
