- 2 heads butter lettuce
- 1 container crumbled goat cheese
- ½ cup any glazed walnuts, crushed
- 4 Tablespoons of peach balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon of mild extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh peaches (optional)
Wash lettuce and pat dry or use a salad spinner. This lettuce is very delicate so please be gentle. Tear into bite size pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Top with crushed nuts and sprinkle with goat cheese. Toss if desired. Top with sliced fresh peaches (optional). Whisk balsamic and olive oil together. Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
