We invite you to join us for the FIRST collaboration between gourmet food and a food photographer. So often, people go to gourmet dinners and fumble around with their phones not knowing how to take images in a way that captures the deliciousness of the dish. After this dinner, you’ll be a pro.

This dinner is being held on Friday, April 29th at Savor. This event is BYOB with a welcome cocktail served to kick off the evening. These tickets will go fast, so be sure to reserve your seat ASAP!

THE EXPERIENCE:

We’re excited to partner with Nancy Farrar, owner of Nancy Farrar Photography to bring you an exclusive five course dinner centered around food photography! What we love about this local foodie photographer is that she is passionate about educating consumers on not only taking food images, but editing them to make them look even more delicious than we thought possible. This dinner finally brings all the elements together: an amazing photographer, chefs, and the opportunity to learn a helpful new skill!

We meet at Savor, where we’ll enjoy gourmet food, discuss lighting, camera angles composition, and review Nancy’s iPhone Food Photography Tip Sheet. We’ll take some photos with our phones and you will learn, in real time, how to take great food shots and how to quickly edit your photos so that each one looks amazing.

Nancy is a Dallas/Fort Worth photographer with an eye for capturing beauty through the lens.

From the textures and aromas of food you can almost taste in her food photography, to finding the perfect angles in architecture and real estate photography, to unmasking the real you in her portraits, headshots and event photography, she’ll create the images that capture your brand and enhance sales.

Of course you want and expect great photos, but she’ll also leave room for fun along the way. Her goal is to get to know each person she works with, so that they can work together for a long time to come.
