THE MENU & EXPERIENCE

We’re excited to partner with Charles Flach, owner of The Virgin Olive Oiler to bring you an exclusive olive oil & balsamic-centric pop-up dinner! What we love about this local foodie brand, is that they are passionate about educating consumers on quality olive oil. We have used their products in our clients’ meals for years and can attest to their quality!

We’ll be kicking off the night with an olive oil tasting where you’ll be able to taste and detect notes like fine wines. During the tasting experience, Charles will educate you on how to choose the best oils and balsamics, their health benefits, uses, and more. Then after a palate cleanser, we’ll dive into the 5-course dinner where every course will feature one of his unique products.
