Savor Culinary Services is owned and run by Chef Deb Cantrell, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America, the Culinary Business Academy, and the Culinary School of Fort Worth. Originally a licensed physical therapist, Chef Deb was inspired to switch careers (and, ultimately, start Savor) after her son was diagnosed with high functioning autism and severe ADHD at age 2 that she found were improved (and triggered) by his diet.
Two decades later, Savor has now worked with thousands of clients across the Dallas/Fort Worth area, won numerous awards, and we remain dedicated to providing healthier ways for our clients to enjoy the foods they love!

Through our weekly personal chef services, we provide busy families, professionals, and athletes with chef-prepared, customized meals made using fresh, wholesome ingredients delivered right to their fridge! Many clients come to us newly diagnosed with a health condition, food allergy or other dietary restrictions. We assure them – they are not alone and do NOT have to give up delicious food!
Named Best Catering Company by Fort Worth Magazine, we provide catering services for events, dinner parties, and special occasions. Unlike most caterers, we don’t run from special dietary needs and requests – in fact, we embrace them.
We also provide customized in-flight catering services, helping corporate and private flight crews deliver an incredible culinary experience at 40,000+ feet.
Founder & Owner
Deb is the chief operator, founder and the mastermind behind Savor. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition and special dietary needs is what brings the magic to your meal delivery experience.
Deb was a licensed physical therapist for many years until she decided to go to culinary school, where she trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Culinary Business Academy and the Culinary School of Fort Worth to pursue her passion of helping people feel better through food!
Since 2002, she has helped hundreds of families in the DFW area enjoy food again and resolve health issues, simply by changing what they eat.
She loves sharing a good meal with her husband Don, daughter Shelby and her son Spencer, who is currently serving in the Army. Oh, and her dog Sydney likes sneaking a few bites every once in a while!
Favorite food: Potatoes in any form!
Felix has worked in professional kitchens since age 16, working his way up through the ranks as a line cook, lead cook, sous chef, kitchen manager and executive chef.
A graduate of The Culinary School of Fort Worth, his passion for his work shines through in his energy, creativity and talent. He credits not only his mentors and fellow chefs for his drive, but also his loving and supportive wife and two boys.
His favorite chefs are Julia Child, known for creating “happy accidents,” and Marco Perrier White who says, “self control is true power.” His favorite part of his job? “Making people happy through the food I produce and the energy I bring.”
Favorite food: Wings
Rocky graduated from the prestigious Johnson & Wales culinary program and it shows. His skillset is readily apparent to everyone that has been lucky enough to work alongside him.
His technique and detail he puts into every knife stroke, is something you’ve never seen. His food is always beautiful and he never misses a tiny detail.
He’s shared his culinary talent at places like Central Market, The Westin hotels and with Chef Blythe at Southern Bistro in Keller and now with us as a star-player on our team!
