Your personalized menu is based on your initial food questionnaire and consultation with us. You can expect your menu to feature new dishes each service. We take pride in the fact that we provide variety, so our clients’ taste buds never get bored.

We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and dessert menu items. While each meal service is unique, in general, each entree comes with two sides. Below are some sample menus from real clients, so you can get an idea of what we can do.

If you want to lose weight, feel better or curb your sugar cravings, and eat like our ancestors, you can expect a ton of variety and introduction to new recipes and dishes that will make the basics not so basic.

If you have candida, we can work with your doctor to make your meals candida-friendly to help control the amount of yeast in your body and reset your gut so that you can get back that balance in your body while eating great food.

Cancer

If you’re undergoing cancer treatment and are having difficulties sharing meals with your family, going out to eat, suffer from lack of appetite or you have salty, bitter or sweet tastes in you mouth. Maybe you even have mouth sores and want to eat but can’t and food just doesn’t taste good anymore.

We work with your doctor to design a food plan to meet all of these needs. We can prepare “normal” menu for the family to take that stress away and for you we can prepare a completely different menu while educating the family about this unique time in your life.

We can adjust your foods on a daily basis if needed adding ingredients to their food to removed the bitter or metallic taste or if the client just needs bone broths or smoothies for a while because is the only thing they can get down. We pride ourselves in giving our cancer clients back amazing food that their body can tolerate and use to heal, fight or just plain nourish their bodies.
