THE MENU & EXPERIENCE

At Savor, we truly believe that food is not only a necessity but something to be celebrated as an art. Join us for an evening meant to stimulate all of your senses with a pop-up art gallery from various local artists, a live artist painting during the meal from the talented Kay Ray, owner of Tilt Vision Art Gallery in Fort Worth. Her painting will be available for purchase at the end of the night.

Of course, what pop-up dinner would be complete without wine. Clare Gillette, sommelier at Classic Wine, will provide the perfect wine pairings to complement each course and she will educate you on each one being served.

Tree of Life – Edible Flowers with Honeycomb and Goat Cheese

Foraged Forest Floor Salad – Freeze-Dried Leaves, Escargot, Olives, Beets, and Pistachio
